Kelly Racing Fuels was founded by George Fowler 25 years ago. Fowler joined forces with Dave Kelly, a noted stock and sprint car driver, to run the business which went by the name of Kelly Racing Fuels. When George retired Dave continued to build the fuel business and make his mark on many racing record books in the northeast Modified and Sprint Car Series. The Company became the signature Kelly Racing Fuels. Since 1989 Richard and Stacey Perone have taken the business into the 90's and the new century with three main goals.
